Best time to visit
Mornings & Evenings are the most relaxed for the animals and us! Afternoon are typically when animals are more sleepy, and napping!

What to wear & bring
Come dressed for the farm/ OOTD recommendations:
Dress for a real farm experience.
Closed-toe shoes recommended
Rain boots or waterproof shoes during wet seasons
Comfortable clothes for walking and animal interactions 
Picnic blanket or snacks
Water & Sun protection on warmer days
Bug spray
Camera or phone for photos

The ground can be muddy, especially in fall and winter.
Animals are friendly, but please interact gently.
No chasing or running at all times.
Children should stay supervised at all times.

Farm Safety Guidelines

• Please do not run on the farm. Running may startle or excite the animals.

• Do not enter animal enclosures. The cow and goat pens may only be entered with a staff member.

• Keep a safe distance from peacocks. They are currently protecting their chicks and may become defensive.

• Feed ducks and geese by gently tossing treats onto the ground nearby. 

   • Be cautious around the miniature horses behind the fence. They may            bite if you reach over or through the fence.
