Program Fees $15 per participant Program Coordination & Administration Fee: $500 (fixed) The coordination and administration fee reflects the staffing, preparation, and on-site support required for large group experiences.DM us for a custom quote • Two and under is free entrance! The Large Group Farm Experience includes: Close-up animal observation and interaction, coordinated by on-site staff Group flow coordination to support safety and smooth movement throughout the farm Basic table and fire pit setup (when available) Basic sound system and power access (limited; not professional-grade) Designated gathering areas for group activities and rest Animal interaction and setup availability are subject to animal welfare, weather, and day-of conditions. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Important Policies We kindly ask all guests to review the following policies before booking your visit: 🗓️ Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled visit. Each booking includes one free reschedule opportunity, which must be used within 3 weeks of the original date. Cancellations made within 3 days of your visit will incur a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows without notice will be charged the full amount. 📄 Waiver Requirement All visitors are required to read and sign our waiver form before entering the farm. This ensures everyone understands the nature of farm activities and associated risks (such as animal interactions, uneven ground, and weather-related conditions). 🐐 Farm Safety & Responsibility Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing for outdoor conditions. Our team provides feed for animals — please do not bring outside food for feeding. UU Family Farm is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by failure to follow staff instructions or safety guidelines. Guests using facilities such as the sunroom, kitchen tools, or utensils (e.g., kettle, pot, or stove) do so at their own risk. The farm is not liable for any burns, cuts, or injuries resulting from misuse. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. 🌧️ Weather Policy If the weather is unsafe (heavy rain, storm, or extreme cold), we may contact you to reschedule your visit at no extra charge.
